The Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority says it has notified them that WestJet is suspending service from Deer Lake Airport.
In a Facebook post yesterday, airport officials were disappointed but are in contact with airlines in the hope that they will return.
In the meantime, Air Canada, Flair and PAL will continue to serve Deer Lake.
