A representative for WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has released a statement in response to claims that Hogan is in poor health.
On the Kurt Angle Show podcast last week, Kurt Angle Hogan said he couldn’t feel his legs After back surgery, I need a cane to walk. Angle spoke with Hogan about their health and injuries backstage on his 30th anniversary episode of WWE Raw.
Angle said:
Hogan underwent back surgery again. He has had the nerves severed from his lower body and has no feeling in his lower body. So he has to use a cane to get around. I thought he was using a cane because his back hurt. He doesn’t feel any pain. he has nothing at all. he feels nothing So now he has to walk with a cane because he can’t feel his feet. This is pretty serious. I mean, I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into this business and it preyed upon him.
In a statement issued to Entertainment Tonight, Hogan’s rep said: Hogan said he was fine and not paralyzed. Hogan can walk without a cane, his agent said.
“He’s doing well,” Hogan’s rep told Entertainment Tonight. “Hulk is a man with a sense of humor.”
Hogan walked unaided when he appeared at Raw’s 30th anniversary show on Jan. 23. Hogan and Jimmy Hart kicked off the episode by welcoming everyone to their anniversary celebration.
