The Middlesex-London Health Unit says up to 4,000 students could be suspended this month if their immunization records are not updated.
Between 3,000 and 4,000 students in London and Middlesex counties could be suspended on 15 February due to their excellent immunization records, according to Health Medical Officer Dr Alex Summers. These children either do not have mandatory immunizations or have immunizations with outdated records.

Summers reassured that there are certain exceptions to the school’s vaccination requirements. Such cases include serious illnesses, allergies, or religious beliefs.
“Just to be clear, this is all compulsory. report About your vaccination status,” Summers said. “There is a waiver process for parents and guardians who for some reason do not want their child to be vaccinated, and they have to go through that waiver process. ”
