Vivo has announced three new smartphones including the first flagship Vivo X90 Pro+ model powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The X90 Pro and simpler versions of the X90 came with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chip.

The top model, the Vivo X90 Pro+, has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of QHD+. A Qualcomm 3D Sonic ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is hidden under the display. The X90 Pro and X90 have the same screen size, a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels, and an optical fingerprint scanner.

All presented models also come with 12 GB of RAM and a UFS 4 drive with a capacity of 256 GB. And they all run OriginOS 3 based on Android 13.

Batteries are different for all models. The Vivo X90 Pro+ has a battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh and supports 80 watts of wired charging and 50 watts of inductive charging. At the same time, the X90 Pro with a capacity of 4870 mAh supports the same inductive charging as 120 watts wired charging, while the 4810 mAh X90 only received 120 watts wired charging.

Of course, there are also differences in cameras. The Vivo X90 Pro + has an inch sensor Sony IMX989 with 50 MP and his IMX758 with the same resolution and 2x zoom for portrait photography. The 48-megapixel Sony IMX589 allows you to shoot ultra-wide-angle photos, and another 64-megapixel sensor offers him a 3.5x optical zoom.

The Vivo X90 Pro also has a Sony IMX989 main sensor and a 50-megapixel portrait camera, but its ultra-wide sensor is simpler — 12MP Sony IMX663. The X90 has the main 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 and the same portrait and ultra-wide sensors at 50 MP and 12 MP.

All three models now have a 32-megapixel front camera.

Currently, the Vivo X90 line will only go on sale in China. The Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro will hit stores on November 30th at prices of $630 and $770 respectively. The Vivo X90 Pro+ flagship is priced at $910 and will be available on December 6th with a slight delay. No information about global sales yet.
