Earlier this month, Samsung revealed ambitious plans to roll out Android 13-based One UI to multiple Galaxy Z Fold, Flip series, A, F, and M series by the end of March 2023.
We’ve already released the One UI 5 update on several phones, including the Galaxy S22 Ultra, S22, S21 FE, S20 FE and more.
Now the company is introducing a new revolutionary voice focus feature One UI 5.0 Update to 5G models of Galaxy A33, A53, and A73 series in India.
When enabled, the new Voice Focus feature allows the phone to block background noise and select only the owner’s voice to send clear voice to the listener on the other end of the call. This also improves audio quality during video calls/meetings on WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom.
The new One UI update also comes with a new set of background images with a wider range of colors and patterns. Users can also set the background from various preset images, dynamic lock screens and photos from the gallery. All this in one place.
Additionally, users can create stickers in the gallery, create custom call backgrounds with augmented reality (AR)-based emojis, and much more.
Android 13-based update brings enhanced user privacy, multi-language support, customized bedtime mode, option to control flood of notifications on lock screen, and more.
It should be noted that Samsung is the only Android OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to provide Android OS updates for four years, one year longer than Google for Pixel phones. He also promises five years of security software support for Galaxy devices.
This is a welcome step taken by Samsung and will definitely help build long-lasting and loyal relationships with phone customers.
